Master Key (1945) 13 Chapter Serial from Universal - Milburn Stone & Dennis Moore:

Nazi spies, led by the mysterious "Master Key", kidnap Professor Henderson in order to acquire his "Orotron machine" which is capable of extracting gold from sea water. FBI agent Tom Brant (Milburn Stone), aided by reporter Janet Lowe (Jan Wiley) and Detective Lt. Jack Ryan (Dennis Moore), attempt to rescue him and crack the Nazi spy ring.

NOTE: Lash LaRue plays Migsy, a street urchin. This was Lash La Rue's screen debut. He is billed as Alfred LaRue.
