Joan who drifted in a balloon across Africa when she was a child, was found by the tribe called Lion Men and she became their queen. This is the lost land of Mu, where a killer death ray is emitted from the eyes of a golden idol. 20 years later, the Queen (Mary Kornman) is discovered by David (Reed Howes), and he tries to bring her back to her parents.

On their way back to her parents, they encounter danger at every step. During their trip, Joan becomes blind. Later, Joan and David meet Strangling Killer Vines, Lions, Crocodile , Killer Chimps, Tigers, etc.
