Henry Leck
Henry Leck was born November 15, 1835 in Germany (although census lists him as born in PA, he most likely reported as being born in PA since he immigrated early and grew up in PA). His parents were Frederick Theobald Leck and Martha "Marta" Elizabeth John (source needed). According to California Voter Registration when he was 56, he was 5'8" tall with a dark complexion and blue eyes. The family immigrated from Germany in 1841.
