TRANSCRIPT:

Panel 1: INTERIOR RESTAURANT (Jays)

Holly and Brandon are seated at a table, enjoying a meal and a glass or two of wine.

    HOLLY:  So you have been going there every day this week and you still don't know her name?

    BRANDON:  Well, no. I'm taking things slow. I'm working up to it though.

Panel 2: 

    HOLLY:  Working up to it huh? Just what exactly do you do there all day if your not chatting her up?

    BRANDON:  Drink coffee, you know, smile.  Watch her at the counter making coffee...

Panel 3:  

    HOLLY:  Right.  You do know you are coming dangerously close to creepy, don't you?

    BRANDON:  (surprised) Wait, What do you mean "creepy"?   It's not creepy...  (indignant) I'm not being creepy.

Panel 4:  

    HOLLY:  Look Brand, sitting there drinking coffee all day watching her is stalker behavior. You are becoming her stalker. 

    BRANDON:  No! its not like that. I'm just sharing the same space with her, you know, becoming familiar so she gets used to me being around.

Panel 5:

    HOLLY:  Mmm hmm... Right.  I'm  just saying, once you cross that line, its all over. Trust me, women don't go out with their stalkers

    BRANDON:  (with a knowing, accusatory smile) Well, most women don't.

Panel 6:

    HOLLY:  (toasts with her glass of wine) And a lesson well learned it was, you betcha.
