Invertebrates include:

Annelida are worms with segments.

Mollusca are animals with shells, which can be univalve (limpets) or bivalve (clams).

Echinodermata are starfish and sea urchins.

Coelenterata are jellyfish, sea anemones and corals.

Porifera are sponges. They grow in colonies in fresh or sea water.

Protizoa are one-celled animals.

Arthropoda are joint-legged invertebrates.

They have a head, thorx, abdomen, and three or more pairs of jointed legs. They include:

Insecta are insects.

Arachnida are spiders, scorpians, and ticks.

Crustacae are crabs, lobsters, and shrimp.
