Look at those who are speaking to you.
Speak clearly and simply.
Use "sir" and "ma'am" when answering adults.
Look at the person to whom you are speaking.
When adults are speaking together, wait patiently until an adult addresses you. Then you may speak.
Use "please" and "thank-you".
