Oatmeal Cookies
1. Soften 1 stick margarine in microwave.
2. Cream margarine with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
3. Add 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda.
4. Add 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats. (If dough is too soft, add 1/2 cup flour.)
5. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie pan, and bake at 375' for 10-12 minutes. Makes 36 cookies.
