how we may instinctively regard baby things is the emotional benchmark of universal compassion - beyond that its respect (where respects due)?

Living here would be no hardship for me. I grew up with a "lav" at the bottom of the garden and all the cooking was done on an open fire. I can remember my mother "damping" down the fire in the grate in order to put two saucepans on it. One contained potatoes and the other cabbage. My children are astounded by how I lived sixty years ago With today,s automatic washing machines, dishwashers, electric kettles, etc they don,t know they are born. - muttontump, cardiff

Katherine Anne Porter, writing a critique of The Making of Americans in The Collected Essays and Occasional Writings of Katherine Anne Porter, compared the experience of reading the book to walking into "a great spiral, a slow, ever-widening, unmeasured spiral unrolling itself horizontally. http://www.poetryfoundation.org/bio/gertrude-stein

the interface between nothing and something is a place of dawning cosmic becomings and (in the circuit of being) cessations (and is often called 'source') - in a spherical meditational model the term 'core' is fine (so long as we recall that the core itself envelopes an initial point of distinction in nothingness which is everywhere and nowhere and the start and end of all cycles of manifestation)

dark (soil) and light (sun) become known as equal as any seed grows wise that this is the way of things - gardener or no gardener . so yes - repeating. . . some call this the wheel and aspire to leap off back to source - back to nothing (before it rippled and via the interstices of that) , what to do? why - nothing at all . this is the perennial solution - after all is said and done: stay and play or run away (hiding in aesthetics being considered useless) . kaleidoscopes and matrices beguile and enchant the divine dreamer in its visions of orbital limitation - for how else could everything be known to omniscience but that it becomes imminent in its own illusions and searches for the way back home (which is where it's already at in a partial trance) to boundless nothingness and its own temporal annihilation (yet again)? ;)
