The Ice Hockey team is 17-4-3 and plays in the Public C Semifinals against Lakeland HS at Mennen Ice Arena at 6:30pm. Winner plays in the Public C Championship game Monday 3/9 at The Prudential Center.
The boys basketball team currently holds a 20-7 record. They opened state tournament play on Tue., 3/3 with a victory over Kittatinny HS. They now play Dumont HS in the 2nd rd at home Thursday 3/5 at 7pm.
The boys and girls team had wonderful seasons. The girls swim team made the state tournament for the first time in a while and won their first round meet. They eventually lost to state sectional champion Leonia HS by a close score.
The Girls Basketball team currently holds a record of 17-8. They opened up state tournament play on Tue., 3/3 with a victory over Kittatinny HS. They advance to Thursday 3/5 at Westwood HS at 7pm.
The winter track team had some stellar performances as of late. Senior Emily Grubb finished in 4th place at State Gr. 2 in High Hurdles. Junior Andrew Goehrig set a new school record in the 200m race. Senior Carolyn Coletti finished in 5th place at States in Gr. 2 High Jump.
The boys and girls bowling teams conclude their seasons on T 2/4 vs. Mahwah at Holiday Bowl in Oakland. They showed great strides throughout the season and have much to look forward to in the future.
The wrestling team finished off their team season with a record setting season for wins in a season. They also sent three wrestlers to districts, and two to regions. Senior Jonas Hyman advanced to states at Atlantic City and will start his quest of an individual championship on Thursday morning.
