Viewing Current Textbook Information for a Specific Course  

The Current Textbook Set data for a specific course (most current term based on Term Start Date) from the Textbook List will be displayed in the: 

Project Schedule List - Project Details

Production List - Production Details

Course List - Course Details

The Course List will also provide a link to the “Textbook History” that will take you to a filtered view of the Textbook  List that will show all of the textbooks used in that course over time.

Viewing textbook information via Textbook List:

• Navigate to Textbook List.

• Filter by any of the column headers to display the information you may want to see, such as a specific course number or title, a specific book title, specific school or term, or created or modified date.

• Click on Details link to view the textbook record details.

• Any filtered view can be Exported to Excel.
