The Master Project Schedule display table can be filtered by most of the columns available in the table. Fields with active URLs cannot be filtered, such as the Content Folder Link field. A filtered view can then be exported to an Excel file.

 The exported file will appear different from the display table as it will include columns that are not displayed in the table, and the columns will be ordered differently, left to right

The export file will contain a table with 95 data columns that are mostly in alphabetical order for each project that appears in the filtered view being exported.

To export the Master Project Schedule or any filtered part of the MPS, select the Export to Excel button on the MPS page.
