LMS Clean-Up Report

The LMS Clean-Up Report is used by the LMS team to identify any projects that may have been canceled after a new MCO shell was built.  Depending on the extent of content development completed, the new MCO will be archived or deleted from the system.

To navigate to the report, select the Reports tab and then select LMS Clean-Up Report.

The report includes a list of projects that were closed - cancelled during the date range selected. List sorted in alphabetical order by course number

Report Table columns:

Project ID (active link to project record)

Course Number (from project record)

Term  (from project record)

Launch Term (from Project Record)

Third Party Tools (from project record) 

LMS Course Offering Code  (from project record)

LMS Course ID  (from project record)

ID Final Review Completed  (from project record)

LMS Action Required (auto-fill according to below specifications)

LMS Action Required Specifications:

If the LMS Course Offering Code and the LMS Course ID are empty, the field will  auto-populate with “None”

If the LMS Course Offering Code and the LMS Course ID have data and the ID Final Review is empty, the field will auto-populate with “Delete”

If the LMS Course Offering Code and the LMS Course ID and the ID Final Review have data, the field will auto-populate with “Archive”
