The Course Lead MCO Access Request report will allow coordination and timely request for access to newly built master course offerings for QA and audit of course content by Course Leads.  It will also provide the EdTech Advisor a way to quickly review for any missing information for any specific build date.

The report can be accessed via the Reports tab in CIMS

Enter the MCO Creation date for the report and select which projects should appear in the report.

Show all - will provide a listing of all open projects currently on the project schedule for that MCO Creation date.  This version can be used by the Sr. EdTech Advisor to assess workload, progress and completeness of the development readiness for the term.

True - will provide a listing of all open projects that have the New Course Shell field checked.  This version will be used to download the information needed to request Course Lead Access for newly built Master Course Offerings.

False - will provide a listing of all open projects that do not have the New Course Shell field checked.  This version can be used to assess changes being completed in existing Master Course Offerings and to monitor timing to avoid impacting upcoming migrations or live sections. 

Once parameters have been entered, select Run Report.  The resulting report can be viewed in browser or exported to excel.
