The Course Lead report will allow the ability to pull a full report of the teams that support the curriculum for each course.  On-demand reports can be pulled to identify courses assigned to a specific  School, ADOC, CS, Chair, or Course Lead.  

The report can be accessed via the Reports tab in CIMS.

You can request a Full Report or pull an On-demand report.  

Full Master Report - contains the team information for all catalog and ASK courses that are active in CIMS. 

Report information includes:

School, Course, Course Title, Course Lead, Course Lead email, Department Chair, Department Chair email, ADOC, ADOC email, Curriculum Specialist, and Curriculum Specialist email.

The On-demand report allows for a selection of parameters to limit the report to specific courses or to all courses that are assigned to a specific school, ADOC, Curriculum Specialist, Course Lead or Department Chair.   

Both types of reports can be exported to an excel file
