The Project Information and the Project Team Information is populated from the Project Schedule List. This information is displayed in blue and cannot be edited. When this information is updated on the schedule, the information will automatically carry over to the Production list.
The following fields are specific to the Production workflow and can be edited by the Production team on the Production record: Production Status, Audit Status, ECS Complete, Migration Status, Deployment Method, Audit form URLs, LMS Update information, CMS Developer and QA Assignments.
Production List Workflows
The Production List has workflows that are triggered by status changes that are captured in CIMS on the MPS when a project moves into each audit status. This will allow us to identify training opportunities with regard to turnaround processes.
