The CDG Data extract report will be used to gather all information together for preparing the Course Design Guide used in new developments/revisions.
The report can be accessed via the Reports tab in CIMS.
CDG Prep Report - WIll include the data from the most current records for all courses with open projects in MPS for the selected term.
Required Parameter - select term (options from CIMS timeline)
Report will include data for all courses with open projects in MPS for the specified term.
On Demand Report - WIll include the data from the most recent records and open projects in the MPS for all active and not yet active courses for the selected parameters.
Select from following Parameters
School - multi-select from options
Select All or
Select specific Schools (options from CIMS Schools List)
Course - multi-select from options
All Active or
Select specific Courses (options from Active and Not Yet Active Courses in course list for School(s) selected)
Report Title - CDG Data Extract [Date of Report] [List any selected parameters i.e.[Term]; [School]; [Coruse]]
Note: In the case that all courses are selected in an On jDemand Report, then the Course will show as ALL. If less than all but more than ten courses are selected, then the Course will show as the number of courses selected:Course(s): [12]
Report includes the following fields for excel format export with all fields as text format

The exported report can be copied to a tab in the Course Design Guide (CDG) Template that has imbedded formulas to bring in the required data from the report into the appropriate fields of the CDG.
