The Launch Term Archive report will be used by the LMS team each term to archive previous MCOs when new MCOs are built and launched. It is also available for devlopment team members to identify previous and current MCOs and/or access the MCO’s directly from the report.

To Navigate to the report, select Reports tab and then select Launch Term Archive Report.

There is a single required parameter to select a launch term. The report will not run without a launch term selected.

The Report provides the following information on the non-cancelled projects in the MPS for the selected launch term
