OR Workload Report

The OR Workload Report is used by the  COC to gather all project information needed to update the Outcome Repository on a timely basis for new developments/revisions that have been identified as needing rubric changes. These reports can be pulled on-demand to assist in tracking and workload distribution.  

The report can be accessed via the Reports tab in CIMS.

Report Parameters

Reports can be generated from one of the following three parameters:

• Term

• OR Outcome Entry (date)

• Project ID

As this report is for current/future workload purposes, the Term and OR Outcomes Entry choices will only include dates and terms four weeks (28 days) in the past and all future dates from current date.

For the Project ID parameter, the options will only include projects that meet the following criteria:

• Term Start date no more than 28 days before the current date

• Project Status: Open

• Outcome Rubric Changes (any of these options below):

  • GEL/PC Only

  • Outcome Changes

All parameters have the ability for multi-selection.

After selecting the parameters, use the "Run Report" button to generate the report on screen. To download the report, select the "Export to Excel" button.

Report Data

Report Name: OR Workload Report

Report Columns: Generated directly from the MPS record in CIMS

• Project ID (as an active link to the project record)

• Course Version (combines “Course” and “Term” into the following format: Course_Term)

• Launch Term

• ADOC

• ID

• Outcome Changes

• Project Type

• OR Outcomes Entry
