The Course Issues List is the master list of course fixes submitted by a Curriculum Specialist, Course Lead, or Support and Solutions.
The Course Issues List:
Displays both user-entered and auto-populated information.
Tracks progress of the issue.
Serves as a means for the Student Help Desk to escalate issues reported.
Note: The Course Issues list is not the place to submit recommendations for improvement or changes to the curriculum unless they would correct obvious/egregious error in content. Desired curriculum changes should be discussed with the Course Lead for consideration for the next planned revision.
Anyone with VPN access can access and submit a ticket in the Course Issues List. However, only certain roles will have the ability to edit the ticket.
The display table allows anyone to review the status of submitted issues and/or the history of issues.
Columns can be filtered, and with certain permissions the filtered list can be exported. The columns that are frequently filtered or used for identification are at the beginning of the list and locked in place. This allows users to scroll to the right without losing sight of the identification of the issue.
