There are 2 types of reports available from CIMS Textbook List
Procurement Report
Will include the data from the Most Current Term records for all active and not yet active courses and have these optional parameters available
School - Multi-select from Options
Publisher - multi-select from options
Procurement Label - multi-select from options
On Demand Report
Will include the data from the Most Current Term or “selected term” records for all active and not yet active courses and have these optional parameters available
Term - multi-select from options
School - multi-select from options
Course - multi-select from options
Publisher - multi-select from options
Media Type - multi-select from options

The Textbook Reports button is located on the Textbook tab of CIMS
A parameters page will open from which you can
Select to create a Procurement Report or an On Demand Report
Select a School
**Due to the large number of textbook records that can be associated with all active courses, it is recommended that you pull reports that are only for a specific school, otherwise CIMS will be locked up processing the report for a long time.**
Select the other desired parameters for the report (if no selection is made the parameter will default to all)
Term selection in On Demand Report - If a term is selected, all records in the textbook list with that term will be in the report. They may or may not be the most current textbook entries for a course.
No Term selection in On Demand Report - If no term is selected, only the most current term records will be shown for the courses that meet the other parameters selected.
Review or export the report as needed.
