The Term Mapping report will be used by the Sr. Educational Technology Advisor each term to create the mapping report. The report will be sent for ADOC confirmation and then for CVUE/LMS Mapping. The report is also available for other team members to quickly identify ORGID and LMS Offering codes for specific courses.

To navigate to the report, select the Reports tab and then select Term Mapping Report.

There are 2 report options:

Launch Term Report

Launch Term Report

There is a single required parameter to select a launch term. The Launch Term report will not run without a launch term selected. 

The Launch Term Report will include all courses with a project launching in the selected launch term (except for course types “Special Project” or “Project Placeholder.” The report will be sorted by Course column with courses appearing in alphabetical order.

Project Schedule ID - from MPS projects launching in selected launchterm

Term - from MPS project launch term

Course Number -from MPS for projects launching in selected launch term

Template - from Course List associated course record “Org ID” field

Offering - from associated Project record “LMS Course ID” field

Delivery Method - auto-fill based on course type

Peregrine course type = Curriculum

Alternate Version course type = Online Test

All other course types = Online

Notes  - blank 

Verified (Initial and Date) - blank

Parameters for Report

Launch term - Required single selection

School multi-select (from CIMS Schools List)

ADOC multi-select (from CIMS active user list - role = Assistant Dean of Curriculum)

Course multi-select (Active courses from Course List)

The report will include information for the projects that fit the selected parameters.The report will be sorted by Course column with courses appearing in alphabetical order 

 Report Title - [Selected Launch Term] Mapping Report [School] [ADOC] [Course] [date] (Note: if 3 or more selections are made in any parameter list the Number of selections rather than actual items.  I.e. School(4), Course (15))
