The Migration Check - MCO Archive report will be used by the LMS team each term to check newly migrated MCOs and archive previous MCOs. It is also available for development team members to identify previous and current MCOs and/or access MCO’s directly from the report.

To Navigate to the report, select Reports tab and then select Migration Check - MCO Archive Report.

There is a single required parameter to select a launch term. The report will not run without a launch term selected.

The Report provides the following information on the projects in the MPS for the selected launch term

Report Title - Launch Term Archive Report [Launch Term selected] [Date of Report]
