VPN login requires Duo two-factor authentication via Pulse Secure. Ensure you that are connected to VPN via Pulse Secure.

Log in to CIMS at http://cims.int.kaplan.edu/Default.aspx
Recommended browsers are Firefox and Chrome.
Your username and password are the same as your Purdue Global single sign on credentials. You do not have to add "Charlie\".
Once logged in, you will see your username and role in the top right-hand corner.
You will see the tabs that your role allows.
Check the Roles and Permissions in the Appendix to confirm your access to CIMS tools.
