The MD Assignment Report will proved the Sr. Manager Instructional Technology to easily pull the information required to make timely Multimedia Developer assignments for optimal input to the scheduled projects and efficient use of limited resources.
The report can be accessed via the Reports tab in CIMS
Development Term – Selection is required for a development term of desired projects. Multi-selection is possible, but no more than 10 terms can be selected for this report.
Revision Type – Default is to show all if none are selected. The report can be limited to specific revision types if selected
MD Needed – Default is to show all if nothing is selected. The report can be limited to show only those projects with Yes or No.
Note: the Revision Type and MD Needed parameter options do not include “All.” If one thing has been selected and it is determined that All are needed in the report, use multi-selection (hold down Control to select each of the options) in the Revision Type and MD needed parameter window.
Once parameters have been entered, select Run Report.
The resulting report can be viewed in browser or exported to excel. Project Links will be active in both the report in CIMS and the exported report.
