CHD Activity Report

The Credit Hour Database (CHD) Activity Report is used by the ADoCs to collect information from the Credit Hour Database, allowing them to audit the courses for irregular or excessive hours allocation. Reports can be pulled on-demand so that the ADoCs can check on the hours for the most current term in the CHD for any course(s).

The report can be accessed via the Reports tab in CIMS.

Report Parameters

Reports can be generated by selecting any combination of the parameters below, then clicking the "Run Report" button to generate the report on screen. 

• Degree Type

  • Includes the following Course Record filters: Degree Type = Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctorate

• Credit Hours

• Hours

• Course Number

  • Includes the following Course Record Filters: Course Status = Active and Reason for Placeholder = Catalog

• Activity

  • Selection is from the approved activities in the Credit Hour Database

• Hours Requested

  • Parameters can be set for the total values to filter for the report and include: 

    • Total Hours Below

    • Total Hours Equal To

    • Total Hours Over

• Total Hours

  • Enter the needed value to filter for the report in the textbox.

To download the report, select the "Export to Excel" button.
