Superintendent’s Model Contract:

We have been meeting with MSBA representatives to update and improve the Superintendent’s Model contract. We will release the contract as soon as the work between our organizations is agreed to by both entities-hopefully within the next month. 

Many of the contracts used by the school boards are either identical model contracts or very similar. If you have changes to the model contract you would recommend, please send that information to deb.henton@mnasa.org ASAP!
