MASA Partners with MASSP and MSHSL to Seek Clarification on Transgender Student Participation in Athletics

The recent Presidential Executive Order, Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports, regarding student-athletes has raised questions from MSHSL, MASSP, and MASA members as to how to follow the order while also complying with the Minnesota Human Rights Act.
