On Friday, January 30, from 11:00 a.m. to Noon, MASA is offering a free virtual EdTalk featuring Dr. Jackie Henry and Dr. Heidi Strohmaier, licensed psychologists.
Drs. Henry and Strohmaier will discuss how to navigate unprecedented challenges within your professional role while sustaining the personal resilience needed for the marathon ahead. Topics will include practical boundary-setting, the importance of distinguishing professional responsibility from personal advocacy, and strategies for leading with emotional safety without depleting your own well-being.
