Dear Vanderhoof Families- I hope everyone enjoyed the snow day. We have a fun packed week, please check the schedule below. Veterans day celebration, band and orchestra concert, 5th grade Young Ameritowne and Math Curriculum Night all happening this week. We can't wait to celebrate and connect with you all. End of the Tri SOAR awards are next week on Nov. 22 and report cards will be sent home.

Veterans Day Celebration - November 11
Join us at the annual Veterans Day Celebration Breakfast on Monday, November 11th as we honor the veterans and active duty military members in our community. The choir will have a special performance, followed by the Parade of Honor throughout Vanderhoof Elementary.
🍦Bliss Frozen Yogurt Fundraiser - November 12 🍦
One of our favorite fundraisers of the year is back! Treat yourself to Bliss Fro-Yo on Tuesday, November 12th and mention Vanderhoof so that 20% of sales will be donated back to our school. It’s a sweet way to help us continue to raise money!
🍪Treats For Math Curriculum Night - November 14 🍪
Help make the Math Curriculum Night extra sweet by donating treats! Easy-to-grab goods such as cookies, cupcakes, muffins, etc. are best so that families can enjoy a treat as they move about the school to learn more about the new math curriculum. Mental Health Resources-Strengthening our Jeffco Community through Mental Health and Wellness: Student Services is introducing an on-going mental health and wellness focus that will be added to the Mental Health and Wellness Hub. Our mental health and wellness hub and the School Toolkit .
Community Resources and Assistance Website: food assistance, layoff support, unemployment assistance, work opportunities, housing, mental wellness support, childcare access, assistance for populations including pregnant women, children, and aging adults, and more.
