Dear Vanderhoof families- Last week was a busy week of celebrations! Our teachers were showered with love, thank you to our PTA for organizing this week and making our teachers feel so special.
We are looking forward to continuing our end of year celebrations in the next two weeks. Our Band and Orchestra will share their amazing musical talents during their concert at school on May 15th. The Trimester 3 Awards ceremony will be on May 16th. Kindergarten will have their end of the year celebration on May 21st and 5th continuation will follow on May 22nd. We look forward to seeing everyone on May 21st for our Community Night and 5th grade kickball event.

👟 5th Grade Kickball Game & Spring Community Night - May 21 👟
Join us on Wednesday, May 21st, from 3:30 to 5:30 to cheer on the 5th graders as they battle the teachers in our annual kickball game! This casual get-together is an opportunity to connect with other families while the kids play. We will provide sports equipment, bubbles, and a chalk station. Student Government will run the CASH-ONLY Snack Shack, with drinks and snacks available for $1. KONA Ice will also be on-site for purchase.

Mental, social, and emotional wellness of students is a priority that we share with our community. Hazel Health will continue providing free online therapy for students throughout the summer. Students may experience changes in routine, anxiety, or stress, and we want to ensure they have the support they need.Appointments with our licensed therapists are available daily from 7 am to 7 pm local time. Lost and Found if overflowing again! If you are missing coats, hoodies, sweaters, lunchboxes or water bottles check out the bins. Items not collected will be donated at the end of the year.
As we wrap up the school year, we remind all families to ensure student fees are paid in full before May 23rd. These fees help support classroom supplies, activities, and essential resources for our students. Payments can be made online by following the steps below.
Log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and click on "More" at the bottom of the list of options on the left side of the screen. A list of links will come up in the center of the page. Click on "Jeffco Student Fee Payment" to be taken to the student fee payment system. OR Pay student fees without logging in by providing a student ID and last name.
