Congratulations to all the students who competed in the Science Fair last week. It was so fun to see them get the opportunity to show off their experiements. I know everyone put in a lot of work and I'm so proud of our Roadrunners! A list of winners can be found in the PTA section below and make sure to check out these pictures from the day.
Kinders have begun their “alphabet countdown” of the days left in this school year. They get so excited to share each day what letter they are on. Thursday was a great day filled with acts of kindness and opportunities to fill each other’s buckets. Day Without Hate is a wonderful day that allows us to lift up and recognize, more than usual, the importance of being kind and tolerant of others, and our students are all so caring and love to make others feel good. It was a sweet day for sure.
Don’t forget Friday, May 2nd. we have an assessment day, teacher sign ups have been sent out. Check with teachers if you have questions. We will continue that love and celebration May 5th -9th as we celebrate our teachers!

There are two ways to help: donate clementine oranges and/or bananas to keep our Roadrunners fueled for their events, or sign up to hand out fruit during your student's snack rotation: Field Day Snack Station Signup
🧪 Science Fair Winners🔍
We are still bursting with excitement over the projects submitted to the Science Fair. Students explored how penguins stay warm, how traumatic experiences impact perception, the effects of sugar on the body, light molecules, velocity, and so many other topics. Click here to find a list of the top three scientists from each grade level.
Let’s give a round of applause to Cody Cooper and Ashley Edwards for their work organizing a successful Science Fair, and to all the judges who volunteered their time to support our young scientists!
