⛺ Three Cheers For Our Roadrunner Community 🌯

A round of applause for all our readers and everyone who supported them during the Read-A-Thon. Roadrunners logged a combined total of 53,376 minutes…that’s almost 900 hours! The community came together to raise a grand total of $16,630 for school improvements. Thank you to everyone who participated and who supported Vanderhoof. You can view a list of class and individual winners HERE. Prizes will be distributed the week of March 25th.

Thanks to all of you who visited Chipotle for our restaurant night. It was great to see the tables full of Vanderhoof families and fun to chat with community members while waiting in line.  You raised $533 for Vanderhoof!

🔬SCIENCE FAIR 🧪
Everything you need to know is here: Click Here for Science Fair Information. The PTA has purchased tri-fold posters, which are available for pickup in the front office. Talk with your students about the Science Fair and ask them what problem they want to solve. If you are so inclined, we invite you to sign up to be a judge. • TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK is the first week of May, and we need extra hands to bring the ideas to life. Email us your ideas, or reach out to help with one of the activities. 

• What is one of the best events of the year? VANDERFEST!! Reach out if you would like to join the 2025 Vanderfest Planning Committee. 

• Say Cheese! K.I.T. Never Change. The 2025-26 Yearbook Committee is looking for new members. If you like to work behind the scenes, this is the committee for you. 

• Join the PTA Board—it’s fun, I promise! We are looking for a co-secretary to help with meeting minutes and communication. The time commitment is minimal, but your impact on the Vanderhoof community will be immense.
