Dear Vanderhoof Families-What a busy week we had! Students had so much fun during the Valentine’s parties. Thank you to everyone who donated goodies and their time to make these parties a success! HawkQuest also came and visited our school! Students learned about the importance of different raptor species, their specially-adapted tools, and their role in our ecosystems. Check out some of the pictures below from the assembly.
Our Trimester 2 Awards ceremony is on Friday, February 28th . Grades K-2 will be at 1:25-2:05 pm and grades 3-5 will be from 2:15-3:00 pm in the gym. Teachers will be sending out invitations to students who are receiving awards.
The lost and found is getting pretty full again, feel free to stop in anytime to look for missing items. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.

♥️ Our Hearts Are Full ♥️
Thank you to all the fantastic Room Parents who planned three fun-filled parties this year. We know the time and resources it takes to make each party successful, and we appreciate all your efforts. Speaking of resources, thanks to everyone who donated supplies or their time to make each party a memorable experience. We are not done thanking yet…another round of gratitude goes to the families who donated to the Heartfelt Restock Wish List on Amazon. Due to your generosity, almost every item was purchased for our teachers.

A $15 donation will give you a bowl of your choosing along with a soup (they are making 3 options).
