Steve Bianchi (Athlete - 1982)
Steve is a 1982 graduate of Bloomington Jefferson.
Steve played 3 years of varsity hockey and varsity golf.
He was a 2 time All Conference selection in both hockey and golf his junior and senior year.
Along with being a captain of both the hockey and golf teams as a senior.
In hockey, Steve was part of the 1st team to qualify for the state tournament during the 1979-1980 season that took 3rd place.
He was a junior on the first ever State Championship team and as a senior they took 4th place.
In golf, Steve was the Lake Conference Tournament champion as a junior and had the lowest stroke average as a junior and senior.
After graduating from Jefferson, Steve attended Providence College where he played 4 years of hockey and was a member of the 1985 NCAA runner up team and was a captain for the Friars as a senior.
Steve has been in the banking industry for 33 years and currently resides in Altoona, WI.
