Emily Naslund (Athlete - 2001)

• 18 Varsity Letters in Cross Country, Diving, Hockey and Track

• 3 Track and Field Individual State Championships

• 1 Cross Country Individual State Championship

• 1 Cross Country Individual State Runner Up Finish

• 1 Cross Country Team State Runner Up Finish

• 1 Cross Country Team State Championship

• 1 Hockey Team State Runner Up Finish

• 1 All Conference Awards in Cross Country

• 3 Cross Country Conference Champion

• Awarded the Gatorade Athlete of the Year

• Currently holds the 1600 meter and 3200 meter school record

• Team member of the 4x800 meter relay which still holds the school record

• Received Bachelor’s Degree at Virginia Military Institute

• Currently serving as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps and has both served in both Operation Iraqi Freedom, Iraq, and Operation Enduring Freedom, Afganistan
