Cole Aldrich (Athlete - 2007)
Cole played 4 years of varsity basketball for the Jaguars from 2004-2007.
He was a 4 time All Conference selection along with being All State as a junior and senior.
Cole was also named the Metro Defensive Plyaer of the Year during the 2006-2007 season.
Cole averaged a double-double (points-rebounds) during his sophomore through senior seasons.
He was a member of the 2007 state tournament basketball team along with playing in the 2007 McDonald’s All American game.
After Jefferson, he attended and played basketball at the University of Kansas where he garnered numerous accolades including- NCAA Champion (2008), 2nd team All American (2010), Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year (2009), 1st team All Big 12 (2009), his number 45 jersey was retired as well.
After college, Cole was the 11th player selected in the 2010 NBA draft and has played with six NBA teams and most recently with Minnesota.
In the off season, Cole resides in Minnesota with his wife.
