Toby Petersen

Toby Petersen (Athlete - 1996)

• Toby is a 1996 of Bloomington Jefferson High School.  

• Toby would have actually graduated with his childhood classmates in 1997, but he opted to accelerate his graduation to enter Colorado College a year early.  

• During his time at Jefferson, he was a 3 year varsity letter winner for the Jaguars in hockey.  

• He was a center on the 1994 State Championship team along with being selected as an All Conference member his last 2 years and All Metro his final season.   

• After Jefferson, Toby attended Colorado College where he continued his hockey career.  

• He was a 3 time WCHA All Academic selection along with being a captain as a senior.  

• Toby then went to play in over 400 NHL games between Pittsburgh, Edmonton and Dallas.  

• He currently lives in Ohio with his wife and 3 children.
