Make use of the Google Admin tools to add apps to your Chromebooks.
Follow the instructions on this page to add apps like Minecraft for Education, sphero etc.
You can have your Chromebooks save the users who log in. This can help your younger users in simplifying the logging-in process. However, I would suggest that you try to limit the number of users who use the same Chromebook, this can be done by numbering your Chromebooks and allocating them a device.
Open your Google Drive
Select the Admin Console in the bottom left of your Google Drive (if you are a digital champion)
Then select Devices, followed by Chrome, then Settings
Scroll down to Sign-in settings
Find User data, you have the choice of -Erase all local user data- this will not save any user
or this can be changed to -Do not erase local user data- your learners can find their name on the right side of the screen
Cut
Copy
Paste
Zoom in
Zoom out
Split Screen left
Split Screen right
Screen Shot- these can then be pasted using 'Ctrl + V'
Reset- Hard reset for the Chromebook if it freezes.
Open Closed Tabs- Opens tabs that that have been cleared, repeat to open several closed tabs.

Right click - tap with two fingers
Scroll - slide two fingers vertically or horizontally
