Setting up MFA on Hwb
For staff and governors to set up Multi-Factor Authentication on their Hwb accounts, they will need Microsoft's Authenticator app, then:
Log into their Hwb accounts on a device while in school
Select User Management
Select My Profile from the option on the ribbon at the top of the screen
Select Setup MFA in the blue rectangle on MFA Enabled for all Apps
use the + Add sign-in method
Select Authenticator app
Select Next and follow the instructions on the screen
