By completing a tracker at the end of a half term/term, staff can record what has been done in the classroom. This will also allow staff to become more familiar with these Frameworks as they complete them.
The examples shown below also have the benefit of being on a single sheet, this removes the need to click between aspects of the progression step their learners are working at.
For the purpose of these examples, the progression steps have been broken down to the approximations corresponding to expectations at ages 5, 8, 11, 14 and 16. As identified in the Introduction to Curriculum for Wales Guidance.
However, for example, if a year 4 class was working at a lower expectation, the teacher could use the Progression Step 2 statements.
