As much as every school will take all possible precautions to avoid any unexpected incidents, there may be some which occur accidentally or as a result of a learner's inquisitive nature.
Your school may have its procedures in place to deal with these incidents, and should therefore follow the actions you have identified. However, if something unusual happens, here is some guidance on the actions you could take.
An Email has been sent and it has shared the addresses of all recipients, breaching GDPR.
You will need to report this breach of GDPR to your Data Protection Officer, they will advise you on your next steps.
Ensure staff know they should use the BCC option when sending emails to several recipients.
Spam Emails are increasing in number.

Ensure all staff are aware of phishing emails, check the address of the sender and only open links from known senders or those which you are expecting from the sender.
A learner has searched for something they know will provide an inappropriate response.
You may need to inform parents of the actions taken by the learner depending on the level of appropriateness.
If using Hwb, learners can understand they are unable to delete their internet 'History', this provides the school with evidence of the transgression that has gone on.
