Chatbots, in some cases, work as an echo chamber, where the thoughts and feelings shared with the chatbot are supported and validated by the chatbot. Children, parents and teachers need to understand how the chatbots work, so that they can be aware of the dangers of these systems.

Increasingly, organisations are under threat of experiencing a cyber incident. Schools are no different; it is your responsibility to ensure that you have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that your data is protected.
The initial part of the support is the precautionary steps which your school can take to minimise the effects of a cyber incident.
There is also access to a plan template, which can be downloaded and completed, along with access to some staff training to develop your staff's understanding of cyber safety.
This document has been created using the guidance available on the Hwb platform.

Google has released their Google Vids application, which is now available on Hwb. This video takes you through how to use Google Vids to make screen recordings.
This can be used to record presentations or guided tours of Minecraft creations.
TIP: Prepare what will be on your screen recording before opening Vids, and write a script of what you want to say.
Google Vids is now available in your Google Apps, which allows your learners to create videos where they can explain what they understand.
