Production Updates
Fresh DC League
This week we received the news that we're at the second spot in the Fresh DC League!
We have worked incredibly hard over the past period to improve our processes and get our error rate down. It's great to see what we have achieved as a team in such a short period of time. The launch of phase 1 of Chimera, the visual management piece at inbound, the adjustment of the meal kit bags for 2p kits to L size, the adjustments to the racks and, of course, improving the correction process - all initiatives and hard work got us on the second place on the leaderboard, really close to the first place!

Black Friday at HelloFresh
This week is Black Friday week at HelloFresh. All products in the HelloFresh Market are offered at high discounts. If we compare Friday production with last week’s Friday, we see a 104% increase in the number of products we have to pack. In addition, this week is already leading after 3 production days with the highest number of picks we have ever picked in the HelloFresh market within 1 week. We expect to break our current record with over 100,000 more products to pack this week.
Safety Week Recap
This week we had some nice safety activities to celebrate the launch of Larry the Lime, our newest edition of the safety team. He made an impressive debut in the animations that you have seen and will continue to educate on safety topics. In case you did not check out all the animations yet, visit Larry’s homepage here !
We had our first edition of the EPT race! The parkour was designed with some challenging maneuvers and needed some safe driving skills to complete without any errors. Thank you to all the drivers who joined the race, you made it a success.
It was a close call but the winner is, PATRYK FIRSZT
He won the safety EPT driver cup. Don’t worry.. next year you will have a chance to compete again to win!
We ended the safety week with a CPR demonstration in the canteen for everyone to join. Knowing how to perform CPR is extremely important and beneficial at work but also outside of work.
And last but not least we of course ended with some nice Larry cupcakes!

As already shared with you in our newsletter from last week, we will organize a X-mas market on the 20th of December. Next steps Engagement survey
Hi everyone,
As announced, we have achieved a 100% completion rate for the engagement survey 🚀. We have now received the results which means we will soon start analyzing them. What can you expect?
The People OPS team will start the analysis of the results next week. After this is finished, we will share the results with the PLT and the team leaders. Based on this, we will draft an action plan with next steps to make sure we will actively work on best practices and improvements for our frontline colleagues. In the All Hands meeting on December 20th, we will present an overview of the results to everyone attending!
