Hi all,
Welcome to the latest edition of our newsletter! We share an update on the full rollout of WMS 2.0 in Bleiswijk, as well as Food & Quality and Health & Safety information. We also highlight a new job opening (are you, or do you know the secret ingredient we're looking for?) and introduce our temporary receptionist.

Production updates
WMS 2.0 - Full rollout Bleiswijk
Today marks the first day of the second week of our full WMS 2.0 rollout in Bleiswijk. The first week was very insightful, and we encountered several challenges, including minor adjustments, major bug resolutions, and various corrective actions. The different departments demonstrated excellent teamwork, and we are optimistic as we begin this second week.
With WMS 2.0 now in full scope, we are ready to deprecate the last remaining local tools (KanBan and DSL/DRL), following the deprecation of WMS Lite in the previous milestone. This integration means that the entire process, from inbounding to the final stage of replenishment, is now covered within a single tool, enabling full traceability of our products. Each movement is tracked with scanners and the system even instructs what to do and where to bring the product.
It's a major milestone in BNL Warehouse Operations and we're grateful for everyone's support!

🚦 Safety Reminder - Handling of crates 🚦
Over the past weeks, several minor incidents have occurred where colleagues were accidentally hit by crates. These incidents mostly happen during busy moments when multiple people are working in a small space.
✅ What to do:
👀 Look around and behind you before placing a crate back.
⏳ Take one extra second, safety before speed.
📦 One person at a time places a crate back.
🧑🤝🧑 Team leads pay extra attention during peak hours.
📝 Always report accidents in the Accident Registration Form.
🚑 f you are injured, immediately call the BHV.

Meet Max Kondratowicz
My name is Max, I am 22 years old and I come from Poland.
I moved to the Netherlands when I was a child, almost 15 years ago now. I speak three languages: Polish, Dutch, and English. I often joke that I am a “cheesy Pole” because my Dutch is sometimes smoother than my Polish. Outside of work, I am very athletic and definitely enjoy a good party.
I graduated in catering and worked in this sector for six years before switching to logistics. I recently started working at HelloFresh in Kitting, but I will be working at reception during Barbara's vacation.
