Production updates
Error rate records
As you know, we have hit some error rate record last year for our DC. From an international perspective and beyond the different markets we have reached some podium that are worth to share to acknowledge our accomplishment as a team :
🥇First market (together with Australia) to have had such a long run on achieving error rate targets
🥈Second mature market to have reached the lowest (monthly) error rate
🥉 Lastly we are also on the podium for having improved month after month and breaking our records

SKU improvement 🍗🍖🍢
SKU: Sate prikker
(Spies / Piques à brochette PTN-10-125291-1)
📢 Last year, we detected several issues when we needed to pack the Sate prikkers in the mealkits. Where the item could cause first aid issues (safety) the item can also damage other SKU’s in the kit. Besides, the item is made of wood which is officially a foreign body in our DC environment.
💡The FSQA team discussed the use of this SKU with the recipe development team and requested the discontinuation of this SKU.
✅ After several discussions, we have agreed that the sate prikker will not longer be part of the mealkit content after boxweek 14. The recipe team will look for other solutions for our customers.

Supplier: Eurosalad
SKU: Several fruit salads
📢 Last year, we faced several issues regarding some fruit salads due to the type of packaging: packaging was easy to open, got damaged and we needed to add elastics to the packaging to avoid customer errors.
💡The FSQA team started discussions with the supplier to improve the packaging and with positive result!
✅ Since January, we receive the items in improved (robuster) packaging and the first feedback from the floor is good!
Need of medical help? Ask the BHV+ team!
Not feeling well, injured or in need of any medical help? Always go to the BHV+ team. These colleagues are specially trained to help you and provide first aid! Therefore they are the only ones allowed to open and use the first aid kits.
Ways to contact the BHV+ team
🗣️ Speak to one of the BHV+ teammembers directly. You can recognize them by the bright yellow armband or vest.
📞 Use your walkie-talkie: ask in Channel 1, 2, and 3 for assistance from the BHV+ team.
🦺 Go to your Teamlead / Linelead / Senior (redcap): They can help you contact the BHV+ team.
🛡️ Go to the security (G-SEC): They can help you contact the BHV+ team but are also trained to provide first aid.

In the whole DC, we have almost 30 colleagues who are part of the BHV+ team, so there will always be one available to help you!

Don’t forget to inform your Teamlead when you're not feeling well or involved in an incident!

Have You may have already seen it; Myrthe is back after her maternity leave.
Her baby son Santi was born in September and is growing like crazy.
Welcome back Myrthe!
In addition, we are very happy that Gwen is also staying with HelloFresh! Finally, we are still looking for another colleague to complete the HR team.
You can meet Myrthe and Gwen at the HR consultation hour on Friday at 10:00 am in the canteen.
Safety improvement at the Office
⚠️ The escape route to the emergency exit in the office was narrower than legally required. During day-to-day work, you might not notice it, but in an emergency, this could be a safety issue.
✅ To solve this, the big safe was relocated to the corner behind the SCC desks, creating a better pathway to the emergency exit.
