Kick-Off Project GogetaÂ
This week we officially kicked-off project Gogeta in Production 🥳🎉
What is Project Gogeta, and why are we doing it?
Currently, we are loading (part of) Green Chef, Factor, and HelloFresh onto separate pallets into the truck that departs to our Logistics HUBs. This is because we have not been able to merge them onto 1 pallet in the past. This leads to less efficient routes in Logistics, as 1 pallet = 1 route.
The goal of project Gogeta is to solve this problem, and make sure we can mix the brands onto 1 pallet, in order to optimize our routes in logistics. This is estimated to lead to yearly cost savings of around €1.5M.

Health & Safety statistic - December 2024
Take a look at the DC H&S statistics. The chart shows the types and numbers of hazards/unsafe situations you reported through the Safety Walk form. The table shows the total reported hazards, near misses, and incidents.
Update Safety Walk form
The Google form used for reporting safety observations, risks and unsafe situations during the Safety Walk has been updated.Â
HERE is the link to the updated form.Â
This link is also available in the description of the WhatsApp group "HelloFresh Intern."
1. Registering a Safety Walk
It is now possible to indicate that you conducted a Safety Walk even if you did not observe any risks or unsafe situations. This allows us to better track whether the Safety Walks are being carried out according to schedule.
What is expected of you? Always complete the form after conducting a Safety Walk.
2. Reporting an unsafe situation
This form can also be used to report an individual safety observation (i.e., a risk or unsafe situation) without having conducted a Safety Walk.
What is expected of you? Complete the form whenever you observe a risk or unsafe situation.
3. Follow-Up / Next Steps
For HSE, it is important to know whether the risk is still present and/or if further actions are needed. Therefore, an additional question has been added about what you did to mitigate the risk or what actions are still required.
What is expected of you? Always try to resolve the risk or unsafe situation immediately. However, ensure your own safety and follow safety rules.
- Did you resolve the risk? Describe what you did.
- Couldn’t resolve the risk? Describe the actions needed to address it.
