Just a few more days until we step into the festive December season!
Our Emergency Response (BHV) organization is now fully in place, read more in this newsletter. It’s a great milestone we’re proud of.
There’s also good news for everyone looking forward to the Production Winter Party: the FAQ is now available, providing all the practical information you may need.

*Week 43's high error rate is due to a production prep incident. At assembly, RTH menus 68 and 69 (salmon penne and beef burger) were accidentally switched all week due to a mistake in the "RTH Overview" printout. As a result, all customers received the other meal and had to be compensated. This bulk upload accounts for 0.7% of the error rate (~950 customers).

***For MPB calculation splitted boxcount is used. Hours of sick leave and vacation, as well as hours of seniors on the shop floor and technical department hours are not taken into account
Production updates
De Kas Update
Our new fulfillment center De Kas is progressing rapidly. The production halls now feature high-LUX lighting (better than Prismalaan), the DOBO docks are installed (more info here) , and our logistics team has reviewed all on-site details. We’re well on track!
Small improvements Follow-UP: Check-in meetings
Thank you all for completing your Self-Assessments in Small Improvements! The assessment is an important tool for reflection and supporting your development. Your team lead/manager will be scheduling a check-in meeting with you between the 1st-28th December to discuss your review. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
Fresh Forum: Starting next week
Thank you to everyone who signed up for the Fresh Forum! We have received all registrations and are excited to announce that we are ready to kick off this initiative next week. In the Fresh Forum, we will be discussing key improvements and sharing valuable feedback. We are looking forward to hear everyone's ideas within the group! 🚀

🚨🦺 OPS BHV Lead Team🦺 🚨
Ruben and Safety Mascot Larry have officially powered up the OPS BHV Lead team!
Starting December 1st, Izabela and Anwar will join the team. And the momentum keeps going as Sebastian will hop on board in January.
With these new reinforcements, the team is ready to combine their strengths and expertise to keep improving our emergency response organization. Beside leading the current day to day emergency the team will also focus on our new DC De Kas, so we can hit the ground running with all the work needed to get our new DC fully prepared and operating smoothly
Now that the entire BHV organization is fully set in place, safety is in excellent hands! 🚒🦺✨

Yes! All temp agency workers are also invited to our party.
Is the party inside or outside?
Outside, on the break courtyard, a cozy tent will be set up where you’ll find food trucks offering delicious meals. Inside, the cafeteria will be transformed into an amazing new space where you can sit, relax, and dance.
