Go-Live Wine-L Injection
What is mentioned in the previous newsletter, in June and July we have 6 different rollouts planned for project Gogeta. Below you can find an update on the first out of the 6 go-lives, which was last week, and an update on the second go-live which is this week
Update on Gogeta last week
Last week we went live with milestone 1, which was the new multi-injection stickers.
The launch was successful! There was some feedback on the format of a few datapoints, which has been registered, and will be processed. Besides that the feedback from the stackers and drivers at the end of the lines was very positive! Below you can see an example of what the sticker looked like for a slowmover box:
What In boxweek 25 (this week) we will be going live with the injection of the Large Wineboxes on the 1-4P Line.
This is the first step towards the future state of the mixed brand sequencing (mixed routes), and will serve as a test of the new pre-con injection process. For this Friday (13-06-2025) there will be 30 Large Wineboxes produced, and thus planned to be injected (see the table below for the exact details!)
The best of luck this boxweek, and if you have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to reach out! (badr.saddik@hellofresh.nl)
SCC weekly update
Since last week we see some improvements from our suppliers Storteboom and Groenland Kip in meat products after our meeting with them. This has resulted in less (pre-)production issues, which has also impacted our overall performance.
Next week we'll be rolling out the Inventory Planner. In the meantime we've been busy preparing for the rollout by already using it next to our WeekOverview to get used to the environment.
Last week we had an issue with our supplier De Bakkers Combinatie where we found mouse poop & traces. We've been in contact with the De Bakkers Combinatie to take preventive measures so that these cases doesn't occur again. The supplier informed us they've taken heavy measures to prevent these kind of occurances.

Weekly GMP update 🚀
🌞Summer protocol: adding ice packs to mealkits 🌞
The first real summer days are just around the corner and that means our Summer protocol is starting regarding adding Ice Packs to our meal kits.
Here is a short reminder of the process:
Process:
With outside temperatures:
Above 20℃ : vans (at our hubs) must be pre cooled
Above 25℃ : it is only allowed to deliver the box in front of the door with explicit approval from the customer on the day of delivery
Above 30℃ : ice packs will be added to the fresh proteins(for more details see below).
Weather forecast:
The weather forecast will be shared around 05:00 AM on Wednesdays for the next delivery week. When there will be changes in the weather forecast an update will be shared(max 1 time per day) around 05:00 AM. In the weather forecast the additional measures which must be taken by production and the hubs are mentioned.
DC action: adding ice packs
If the outside temperatures are >30℃ and the weather forecast indicates 'YES', Icepacks should be packed with our fresh PTN products for our BNL production of HelloFresh, Green Chef, Market and Factor.
The icepacks are added frozen to the meal kits during the pick-and-pack process and placed against the most critical product (raw fish and meat SKU's). Per SKU, 1 ice pack is needed so if 3 PTN SKU's are packed in one mealkit, 3 ice packs should be added.
For HelloFresh, Green Chef and Market, the Weather forecast shows if icepacks need to be added or not. For Factor, before EOD on Wednesday Sam will let the team know via the #katana-factor-eu channel if icepacks are needed or not.
DC responsibilities:
The supply chain is responsible for making sure the ice packs arrive at the DC.
The planning team is responsible for making sure the icepacks are included in the rack planning.
The production team is responsible for the execution of adding the icepacks.
Let's all make sure our customers receive a fresh and safe product as always, also during the summer!
If any questions, please let the FSQA team know!

Roof and Facede Completed!
Today we had again our monthly SteerCo with the constructor and developer, where we discussed on-site progress, financials, and any potential blockers or escalations. At this stage, almost the entire facade and roof have been completed. The concrete floor is finished in the full warehouse and half of the production area. A particularly exciting milestone is that the production office is starting to take shape. The walls are being installed, and the layout of the rooms are becoming visible!
Happy Birthday to.....
