Production updates
Project Facelift
With project Facelift we are giving the website that allows us to print all the production stickers a new look. Considering the current one is over 4 years old and has not any updates since. With the updates from project Facelift we will be able to provide better support to upcoming business changes that are in the pipeline like Project Gogeta. We are working on a few more specs before we can start planning some tests. Here is a quick view on how it currently looks:

Last week we kicked-off project Gap Analysis 'De Kas' 🎊
What is the project about and why are we doing it ?
In the current situation we don’t have a clear overview which highlights the processes differences we are and will have running in the DC. With ‘De Kas’ in mind this brings us a risk that we are not prepared for new requirements and thus required business rules/processes. In this project we are gathering the data into one clear overview so that we are able to be well prepared once we are moving over.
