Recap All Hands Q3
Last Monday and Tuesday, it was time for the All Hands sessions again. This Q3 session covered the different performance metrics (0,10,1), the WMS 2.0 roll-out, Project Gogeta results, and the plans regarding Menu Expansion.
The performance metrics were discussed where we reached again the number one position in the DC League. Regarding safety, there were two Lost Time Incidents this quarter, emphasizing the need for safety. Our productivity, presented as Minutes Per Box, showed a stable and great performance. The last metric, the error rate, was not on target with some higher peaks related to the BackToSchool push, new joiners, WMS 2.0 roll-out and Touchless Ordering issues. Luckily, the error rate is showing a downtrend again recently and starts to stabilize again towards the 1%.
A brief presentation was given about the WMS 2.0 roll-out and how this system helps to future-proof the warehouse management operations.
Also, an update about Project Gogeta was presented by Anwar and Dana. Project Gogeta achieved significant cost savings in logistics, by implementing Mixed Brands Sequencing, allowing for more efficient routes to our customers. This new stacking and injection method increased the workload at Assembly, but overall the project still proves to be beneficial and successful.
The last part was presented by Lisa about Menu Expansion. In different phases, we're working towards a menu offering of 100 recipes with 200 modularity options by August 2026. A key enabler in this menu expansion is the Sorting Line, whereby low-volume kits will be added in sequence at assembly, and thereby minimizing the required number of pickfaces at assembly.
We'd like to thank all presenters and everyone for joining this session again.
Upcoming lockercleaning day-use lockers
Our day-use lockers will be cleared and cleaned again in the upcoming two weeks!

BHV team 2025/2026
Over the past few weeks, we have trained our Emergency Response Team (BHV). Several new members have joined, and part of the existing team has been retrained and certified for another year!
We received a lot of positive feedback about the training, and the team is now fully prepared to assist in case of first aid incidents. Curious to see who in your team is trained as a BHV member? Check the list below.
Upcoming Health & Safety audit
It's time again for our annual Health & Safety audit! To ensure compliance with HelloFresh's Health & Safety requirements, an auditor will conduct an unannounced visit to our DC sometime between October 20 and December 1. Below is a short reminder of the most important audit rules.
General audit rules
🦺 As always, follow the safety and hygiene rules.
🧹 Make sure your work area is clean and tidy, remove loose items and food waste.
📋Follow processes, procedures, and instructions at all times.
⚠️Fix any unsafe situations immediately, provided it can be done safely.
🗣️If requested, please make time to answer the auditor's questions.
